Data controller

The controller of personal data submitted through the contact form is Artisan Aleks Company.

What data and for what purpose

We process the data provided in the form (full name, email, phone, company, role, project description and uploaded files) solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Retention period

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any subsequent cooperation, and thereafter for the period required by law or until you object.

Recipients

The data is stored on our hosting provider's servers (Hostinger) and is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).

This website does not use marketing cookies or third-party analytics tools. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
