We build gateways, portals, arches and entrances that mark the start of the experience. A visitor's first impression begins with the architecture.
We design and build themed architecture for amusement parks, hotels, resorts, commercial venues, public spaces and other projects that call for a distinctive character.
We do not treat theming as decoration applied to a finished building. We create the space as a coherent whole, combining architecture, sculpture, artificial rockwork, textures, colour, scenery, water features, lighting and special effects.
We can work from the client's existing documentation or start from the concept and develop the design together up to construction stage. Depending on the project we deliver individual architectural elements, complete themed zones or multi-phase groups of buildings.
Our goal is a space with its own identity that works at the right scale, looks good from every important direction and stays attractive after years of intensive use.

We design and build themed entrances, gateways and iconic welcome structures, from monumental park gates and sculptural arches to immersive resort entrances and branded destination portals. Every project is designed to make an impact from the very first second.
We build on durable steel frames, or in lightweight XPS/EPS systems where lower weight is required. We create realistic finishes: stone, timber, metal, rock, fantasy textures and bespoke surfaces.
We can integrate lighting, smoke effects, moving details, signage and sound systems. We build on site or fabricate to order, including for projects outside Poland.

Technology and execution
We choose the technology according to the character of the project, the scale of the building, the base structure, weather conditions, intensity of use and the requirements of the client and the general contractor.
We work both on existing building structures and on purpose-built steel structures and lightweight space frames. Depending on the application we use cementitious and polymer-modified systems, EPS/XPS, composites, metal mesh or reinforcement and other solutions suited to each element.
Much of the surface is carved by hand, which lets us create bespoke textures of stone, wood, old render, metal, ruins, natural rock and other materials characteristic of a particular themed world.
The finish includes multi-layer scenic painting, patination, ageing and building up depth of colour. As a result the elements do not look like uniform prefabricated parts, but like part of a real place.
On multidisciplinary projects we work with the client, the architect, the structural engineer and the general contractor. We can fabricate elements off site, divide them into transport modules and carry out final installation and finishing on site.
Themed architecture can also integrate lighting, water systems, mist, smoke, sound and other special effects. From the outset we plan for maintenance access, surface durability and the future operation of the building.
