Rewal: a story that leads to the sea
A catalogue of 71 visualizations and 9 place stories: from the medieval Riuale inn and the birth of the seaside resort in 1827, through the spa park and the joining of Rewal's two parts in 1905, to the coastal railway, old postcards and the memory of the shoreline in Trzęsacz.

The story of the place
Rewal has an exceptionally dense history. Instead of off-the-shelf products we propose a system: each motif starts from a source, a date or a residents' memory, and each form answers a specific function: a road, a roundabout, a square, a park, a promenade, a bus stop or a viewpoint.
A shared material language (sculptural concrete, GRC, timber in touch zones, mineral pigments and concealed light) creates one brand for the Rewal Coast, while local motifs keep the character of each town.
We recommend starting with a single, highly visible pilot site: a park, a square, a harbour or a town entrance. There we test the material language, how people respond and the cost of maintenance.

Riuale: where Rewal began
A pavilion without walls, the Travellers' Table, the Old Road Gate and light leading to the sea.
1827: the birth of the resort
The Spa Guests' Pavilion, the 1827 Time Cabin and the 2,200 Holidaymakers bench.
