SABAT: follow the Black Cat
A concept for a sculptural system for a restaurant on the seaside promenade: a cat photo spot, a sculptural A-board with the menu of the day, a family of small signposts and a sculptural bench. All in one language of form, consistent with the venue's logo.

The story of the place
One motif, a black cat, leads guests from the promenade and the beach paths all the way to the entrance. Each element combines a function (direction, menu, seating, a place for a photo) with a recognizable form.
Construction: a steel frame, a shape carved from EPS/XPS, a layer reinforced with glass-fibre mesh, hand-modelled sculptural concrete and a protective coating for outdoor conditions. Stable bases, and the smaller elements can be moved.
