Concept and themed design
We help you move from an idea to a buildable design: the concept for a character or feature, choice of technology, structure, and samples and mock-ups before production.
Not every project starts with finished documentation. Sometimes the client has a site, a budget and a goal, but is still looking for the idea that will give the project character and make it recognisable.
In such cases we can join the project at the idea stage.
We create original concepts for themed spaces, landmarks, monumental sculptures, gates, entrance zones, landscape features, leisure facilities and other signature three-dimensional forms.
We analyse the site, the function of the feature, how people move through the space, scale, surroundings and the effect the client wants to achieve. We then develop the idea through sketches, spatial composition, proportions, materials, colour, visualisations and delivery assumptions.
Our advantage is hands-on delivery experience. When designing a form we think from the start about how it can actually be built, divided into elements, transported, installed and finished.
We can produce the concept alone or take the project further: through technology development, fabrication, scenic painting and on-site installation.

Technology and execution
Our themed design is closely tied to our delivery experience. We do not create forms just to look good in a visualisation. Already at concept stage we analyse how the feature can actually be built.
We consider scale, structure, materials, weight, division into modules, transport, site access, installation sequence, weather conditions and future operation.
Depending on the project we can propose steel structures, cementitious and polymer-modified systems, EPS/XPS, composites, FRP, prefabricated elements and solutions that combine several technologies.
At concept stage we also define the character of textures, colour, surface ageing and the possible integration of lighting, water, mist, smoke, sound and other special effects.
If the project requires architectural, structural, services or other documentation that needs licensed professionals, we work with the appropriate designers and specialists. Our concept can serve as the basis for further specialist documentation.
We can end our involvement at concept stage or continue with the delivery solution, fabrication, sculpting, artistic finishing and installation.
